Foreign Investment

Majority of international companies currently operating in Iran, have entered Iran through a foreign investment facility, supported by Iran’s Ministry of Economy and in accordance with Foreign Investment Promotion and Protection Act (2001). Organization for Investment, Economic and Technical Assistance of Iran (OIETAI) which operates as a body of Iran’s Ministry of Economy, implements and supervises execution of the above-mentioned Law. OIETAI is in a sense the main stakeholder of foreign investors in Iran. At MSLI we provide a wide range of services in relation to OIETAI and FIPPA license and are ready to represent our clients before OIETA in light of our team’s knowledge of foreign investment laws and requirements in Iran.
