Seyed Fazlollah Mojtahedzadeh

Founding Partner

He has over 20 years of experience as judge and held various positions in public and private firms as head of legal departments. In 2002, he decided to pursue legal career outside the public sector and commenced his practice as a licensed attorney specialized in criminal and civil litigations. His recent practice was focused on semi-judicial processes and litigations before the government entities such as Customs, Tax Office and particularly Administrative Court of Justice.

Ahmad Ettefaghi

Mr. Ahmad Ettefaghi is an experienced lawyer and litigator with proven experience in energy sector legal matters. His expertise spans a wide range of civil law areas including property and contract law. He has been practicing law as a licensed attorney since 2009. His in-house roles included Legal Expert and Head of Legal in Iranol  Company and Legal Counsel in various leasing companies.

Parto Borhanpour

Ms. Parto Borhanpour holds a bachelor degree in Law from University of Isfahan and an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from Allameh Tabatabaei University. She is a licensed attorney specialized in intellectual property and commercial law. She has extensive experience as legal manager in several companies including Saba Innovation Centre active in start-up and IPL fields. She also has proven experience as attorney in banking legal matters.

Ali Karami

Mr. Ali Karami is a knowledgeable and experienced attorney at Molla Sadra Legal Institute. He obtained his law degree from University of Judicial Sciences in Tehran. For several years Mr. Karami served as a judge in Iran Judiciary, both at 1st Instance and appeal courts, prior to starting his career as an independent attorney. He is particularly expert in civil litigations, arbitration and administrative disputes.

Reza Hooshmandi

Mr. Reza Hooshmandi is a knowledgable and qualified tax advisor, with a proven experience in tax & excise matters. He is a member of IICA as well as a Licensed Judiciary Expert in the field of tax and fiscal matters. He has over 30 years of experience in Tax Organization and in various capacities and has been training tax experts both at university and IICA.
