Fair and healthy competition in every market is requirement for every market player and it cannot be achieved without an in-depth understanding of competition law. We at MSLI provide a diversity of services in the field of competition law most important of which are services in relation to rules and procedures of dispute resolution and litigation in this field. Competition law is a fairly new area of practice in Iran legal system and governs principles of commercial competition in Iran’s economy and market. The National Competition Council is the main body for supervising execution of competition regulation as well as to combat emergence of exclusivity. Competition Council possesses all the legal mandates to combat potential anti-competitive behaviour of private and public companies and issue highly executable rulings. Our team at MSLI have broad knowledge and experience in this area which enables them to provide guidance in all stages of investment and marketing and where necessary, representation before the Competition Council.
